Children's Ministries
There are lots of activities for children of all ages and stages at Mountain Park
Church!

Good to Know
Children’s Sunday School features quality, age-appropriate curriculum with fun,
faith-building lessons for learning God’s truths.
Lessons are designed to encourage children to use their imagination and curiosity
to experience the mystery and joy of God.
Children are encouraged to experience worship through interactive stories and creative
medium.
All volunteers and staff who work with infants, toddlers and children are required
to complete and pass criminal background and reference checks.
Sunday School teachers receive regular training, and are supervised under Mountain
Park Church’s guidelines and policies. |

Sunday Mornings
|
Nursery & Toddlers – we provide a warm environment with loving caregivers during
both Sunday services (9:30 and 11 a.m.).
3-5 year olds – During both services (9:30 and 11 a.m.).
Jammin’ J Force – 1st through 4th graders during the 9:30 a.m. service.
5th and 6th grades - During the 9:30 a.m. service.
1st and 2nd grades – During the 11 a.m. service.
3rd and 4th grades – During the 11 a.m. service.
Club 56 – 5th and 6th grades during the 11 a.m. service. |

AWANA
Beginning this year, our AWANA program now goes through 12th grade, serving 3 year old's through senior-highers.
AWANA kicks off this Thursday, September 18!
Leaders and helpers are needed and welcome in all age groups, from the 3-5 year old Cubbies through the 6th-8th grade Trek program. Please see Commander Cynthia Kenyon after church if you can help out. |

Resources For Families
AWANA – a Bible centered youth organization providing a weekly program for 3 year
olds through 8th graders. It runs September through May, Thursday evenings at 6:30-8:15
p.m.
Sonshine Express Preschool – offered through the school
year at Mountain Park Church.
